Bosch Refuses To Deliver Our Already Purchased Items
we totally trusted Bosch and bought their appliances, but it turned out we were wrong... big time actually...They won't deliver our stuff because Hatay is prone to earthquakes. So, obviously, Bosch totally bailed on us during our wedding prep and now they won't even ship from their main spot. Can you believe it? They keep using the earthquake as an excuse, which is making things even worse for us. The officials said they'd call us back to calm us down, but they never did. I ain't never gonna buy anything from this brand again. I can't even imagine how a company can be so uncaring about its customers. we spent so much money and still couldn't find anyone good to help us out with our problems. We are already going through a lot and look at this!
