I purchased a Bosch Series 8 model refrigerator, washing machine, and dishwasher from the Güven Kardeşler Bosch dealer in Yenimahalle, Ankara. The products were delivered to my home on May 24, 2025, by Horoz Logistics. Since I haven’t moved into my house yet due to my upcoming wedding, I haven’t opened the boxes of the products. I called for installation service approximately one month after delivery. When the service team arrived, they confirmed that the products were still in their original boxes and mentioned that the company would not take responsibility if any issues arose after more than 7 days post-delivery. I was not informed of such a policy when I purchased the products. During installation, one of the boxes was opened, and it was immediately apparent that the washing machine was severely damaged at the front and rear. The service staff took photos and noted a report, then left without completing the installation. Afterward, I contacted the dealer from whom I purchased the products and explained the situation. They told me not to worry and that the issue would be resolved. However, after three weeks of phone calls and even visiting their store, they kept stalling me, claiming it would be resolved and the product would be exchanged. I then filed a complaint via https://www.bosch-home.com.tr/ and have been waiting for a resolution for two weeks now. I am also trying to reach Bosch Turkey customer service. When I call them, they redirect me to the dealer again. It's shocking that such a global brand operates with such irrational practices in Turkey. The dealer even uses unprofessional language like “talking like a tradesman.” Apparently, we’re expected to accept a damaged machine as is. These are the newest and most expensive products of the brand. I chose Bosch because I thought it was reliable and trusted. If a defective product is delivered, responsibility must be taken. On their own website, the washing machine is sold in the 55–60k TL price range. The combined cost of the refrigerator and dishwasher should be over 100k TL. I’ve really been left stunned. In short, I want the defective product replaced immediately. This experience has become unbearable for me. I expect real accountability from one of the world’s leading home appliances brands. I am still waiting for the product to be exchanged. I call your headquarters every day and I keep getting asked, 'Has the service not called you?' When I say no, they say they will check and get back to me. Of course, no one gets back to me. You said the product exchange was approved. I have a wedding this weekend and the damaged product is sitting in the middle of my bathroom. I really didn't think you would be this careless. I am at a loss for words.
