Bosch Delivered the Refrigerator Damaged and Provided No Support for Over a Week

We bought a refrigerator from the Okmeydani Bosch dealership last week. A company called Horoz Logistics brought the refrigerator and they left the refrigerator in a rush and bad manner. After they left, we realized that they had damaged the refrigerator during transportation. Later, the authorized service came and said that they would report the problem. In the meantime, they told us not to use the refrigerator. We have been without a refrigerator for more than a week in the summer heat of August and we are in a difficult situation. We have been victimized with our money. They have been stalling us for more than a week. We go to the branch, we report it, we wait, they say call 444 6 333. We call this number, no information appears in the system, they say "let's take a note". The next day, we go to the branch again, and they say call the number again, we call the number, the operator says "nothing appears in the system, let's take note". We have been suffering like this for more than a week. From now on, I will stay away from Bosch no matter what and I will advise everyone to stay away. No one has the right to victimize, oppress, or make fun of people with their money. We will not tolerate being victimized with our money. If you do not eliminate our victimization, we will use all our legal rights.
