Bosch Air Conditioner Gas Problem

I bought an air conditioner 2 years ago and transported it to my new home November, by authorized service with paying 3 times the money that the private service would receive. While transporting, I learned that during installation, aluminum refrigerant lines was installed instead of copper refrigerant lines. The service installed aluminum refrigerant lines free of charge. However, the gas in the air conditioner was discharged over time because the service could not do the countersinking process. When I asked the service about gas discharge reason, he said that it was because of the installation, but for some reason, he said that he did not make such a statement when my complaint was sent to him. The caller from the solution center stated that since I did not use the air conditioner that I had transported in November until the summer, the service-related error did not concern them. I had to turn it on in the middle of winter to cool the house. Don't ever think of German quality, known brand or something. Bosch's brand perception in me was extremely high. My home appliances, even my vacuum cleaner is Bosch, and I chose the same brand for the air conditioner but now I really regret it! They sell products that they can't stand behind and provide authorized service centers where they can't stand behind. Don't buy Bosch, don't recommend to anyone!
