Bosch Refuses to Install My Climate 2000U AC Before 20 Days
I purchased a Bosch Climate 2000U CL2001U W35E air conditioner from Trendyol for ₺26,400. I bought this air conditioner for my home in central Elazığ and have been trying to get it installed for three days, trying to reach the service center. It took me a full six hours, and when I finally did, I was told, "We can only install it on the 27th." So, even though I've only bought the product for days, I'm being told it can be installed in 20 days. I refuse to accept such incompetent and indifferent service. When I called Bosch customer service, they offered no assistance whatsoever; they simply said, "The service center will do what they say." They also explicitly stated that having the installation done by another service center would void the warranty. My house is extremely hot right now, and I desperately need an air conditioner, so I bought it. However, Bosch's indifference and inadequate service are making me feel like a victim. If this air conditioner isn't installed within three days, I will return it. I don't deserve this kind of injustice. I expect Bosch to fulfill its responsibility immediately. I don't need this air conditioner for 20 days. If you're such an incompetent company, you'll either charge me or not sell it. It's that simple. Since 14 days have passed since the technician arrived, I won't even know if it's defective. My right to return it will be voided because the box shouldn't be opened. What action will you take?
