Bosch Air Conditioner Service Made Wrong Installation

The air conditioner I purchased from Bosch was not installed where I requested, with the argument that it would hit the door, but rather on the side wall. However, the service hidden that this installation would be defective, and the installation was completed by concealing the fact that there should be a 200cm space in front of the outside unit. My complaint about the air conditioner not cooling was denied because the Bosch Bursa Regional Service Manager replied "no problem". The Bursa Regional Service Manager asked a charge of 3000 TL for relocation. I attribute it to the regional service manager's inexperience to believe that there would be no difficulty installing the unit in an area clearly specified in the attached handbook with the warning "do not install the unit in these locations". After all, this guide was created by Bosch engineers. Based on the additional money we pay to receive Bosch quality service, I recommend that top management evaluate this choice and the individual's ability. Otherwise, the case will be forwarded to the Consumer Arbitration Committee, where a correction will be asked, as well as compensation for the grievance created by the air conditioner that cannot be utilized in this procedure. The complaint was also forwarded to Bosch Global.
