I asked for help installing my Bosch Climate 2000 air conditioner on July 25. The subcontractor company, Termo Teknik, came to my house in the center of Afyonkarahisar but left without finishing the installation because they said they didn't have the right materials. Since then, I've been waiting for 16 days and have called Bosch customer service, Termo Teknik, and the authorized service Mercan Isıtma many times. I always got the same answer: "We'll get back to you as soon as we can," but no real solution was given, and appointments were always pushed back. I paid for my air conditioner, including installation, and it's still under warranty. I have Bosch appliances in my house, but this is the only time I've had such a big problem with an installation. I think this problem happened because I was sent to a subcontractor. Because the installation isn't done yet, I've been having a hard time staying home in the heat, had to take time off work, and am having a hard time getting back and forth between home and work all the time. I expect Bosch to finish the installation quickly and completely, and to make up for the trouble I've had.
