Bosch Air Conditioner Installation Failure
I wish I hadn't bought an air conditioner from Bosch 15 days ago. They don't even have an AC installation service, and the one they sent wouldn't do it. When I called Bosch's customer service, they kept saying they would send another service, but nothing happened. I don't know what to do. As if that wasn't bad enough, the service that came to install the AC not only failed to do so, but also damaged my walls in the process. It's clear that they don't care about their customers; all I want to do is return the product. Dealing with Bosch has been a nightmare, and their lack of care for their customers is unacceptable. I just want to send the thing back and be done with it.
