I've reached out to Booking.com several times about my price matching rights, but I haven't received any response. Despite their assurance of a prompt response within 24 hours upon discovering a hotel at a 20% lower price, several days have gone by without any communication. I kindly request prompt communication. This process shouldn't be dragged out like this. The price matching policy you claim to have doesn't align with the actual experience.

Hi Suziii, I'm currently in the same position as you. I have all proof of verification and evidence for the "price match", and called them up to discuss - 1.5hrs on the phone - only for them to disconnect the call ( I was on hold most of the time, whilst they go away to conjure up excuses NOT to validate the price match ) I subsequently emailed them everything, after the disconnect, however they don't actually correspond with you; they simply issue the standard email of 'unfortunately...' followed up by a 'no-reply' email, and closing the issue, so you're back to square '1' email: (booking reference "[email protected] ") Just wondering what was the outcome of your April 2024 complaint/issue with them? Is there an "escalation" avenue/email you found re booking.com ?
