Booking.com Price Drop Issue: No Response from Customer Support

I booked and paid for a hotel reservation through Booking.com. Just two days after my booking, I noticed that the prices... for the same stay had dropped by 40%. Naturally, I reached out for assistance. The hotel directed me to contact Booking.com customer service, but I have yet to receive a response.
