Booking.com Price Drop Issue: No Response from Customer Support

I booked and paid for a hotel reservation through Booking.com. Just two days after my booking, I noticed that the prices for the same stay had dropped by 40%. Naturally, I reached out for assistance. The hotel directed me to contact Booking.com customer service, but I have yet to receive a response.
Being abroad, I have no other means of reaching them besides their platform. This lack of communication is extremely frustrating. I expect Booking.com to address this price discrepancy promptly and provide a resolution. It’s unacceptable to be left without support, especially when dealing with such a significant price difference. Please take immediate action.

The reservation details related to my complaint were requested, but there has still been no response.
