Booking.com Not Honoring Price Match Guarantee Despite Proof

Booking.com is failing to uphold its price match guarantee, even after I provided all required screenshots showing a lower price. Each time, they come up with a different excuse to deny my request. Additionally, during phone calls, the line disconnects abruptly, and they never bother to call back. This lack of accountability and disregard for customer support is frustrating. Booking.com, I expect you to honor your policy and refund the difference as promised. Your customers deserve a straightforward and reliable resolution, not excuses and unreturned calls.
