Nivea Luminous630 Causes Peeling and Skin Irritation

I purchased Nivea Luminous630 Skin Glow Instant Illuminating Cream, along with the facial cleansing gel and serum from the same line, through Migros online on September 13, 2026, and began using them. I followed the instructions for use, applying the products once a day. I first washed and rinsed my face with the cleansing gel and dried it, then applied the serum and finally the cream.

After approximately one week of regular use, I developed severe peeling, pimples, redness, and, particularly around the sides of my nose, sores and skin splitting. I experience a burning sensation when I apply the products, and the burning becomes more intense and continues on areas where my skin is already broken. Because of these symptoms, I completely stopped using the products two days ago. However, the irritation and changes to my skin are still ongoing, and I am considering seeing a doctor.

My order number is 1426988530, and I purchased the products through Migros online. I am extremely disappointed that a product line described as dermatologically tested has caused this kind of damage to my skin.
