Booking.com Failed to Refund After Hotel Reservation Issue

I booked a hotel through Booking.com for December 27 to January 2. When I arrived at the hotel’s location on the reservation date, I was shocked to learn that the hotel had been sold long ago. The hotel staff told me to contact Booking.com to request a refund. Since then, I’ve been submitting complaints to Booking.com every single day, yet I’ve received no response or refund. To make matters worse, this happened right before New Year’s, ruining my holiday plans entirely. How can Booking.com allow such negligence? This is unacceptable for a platform trusted by millions. I demand an immediate refund of my ₺ and a proper explanation for this terrible experience!
