Booking.com Reservations Were Canceled by Hotels

All of the reservations I have made via Booking.com have been cancelled by the property owners for reasons that have not been disclosed to me by Booking.com. Despite the fact that I have paid for these reservations—cancelled unilaterally by the properties, as I must emphasize—my refund requests are being rejected, causing me to suffer financial losses amounting to tens of thousands of liras. Booking.com makes no effort beyond forwarding my refund requests to the properties. Moreover, it fails to provide any explanation for the cancellations. Aside from call center or customer service representatives, who are not the subjects of this complaints, there is no accessible mechanism for submitting a formal complaint. In fact, no email address is even provided to which a written response can be expected, making it practically impossible to resolve disputes. At this point, Booking.com is effectively enabling properties to retain payments for reservations scheduled as far as four months in the future—reservations which have been cancelled by the properties themselves, for reasons unknown to me, and without giving me a fair chance to respond or clarify the situation.
