HeyCash Has Not Paid My €5 PayPal Reward

Seven days ago I earned a €5 reward in the HeyCash application, which was supposed to be paid to me via PayPal. In the app I see the “¡Felicidades!” message and the button to claim the reward, but despite this the payment has not been made to my PayPal account. My HeyCash username is “tincho24” and the email associated with my account is “crispinnunez1**@gmail.com”. During these seven days I have tried to contact HeyCash support several times regarding this issue, but I have never received any response. This lack of communication leaves me without any explanation for the delay and without the reward I earned. I kindly request the immediate payment of the pending €5 reward to my PayPal account and a clear explanation of why the payment has not been processed until now.
