Nivea Sensitive Skin Face Wash Causes Burning and Redness

I purchased Nivea's pink facial cleansing foam for sensitive skin from the Migros store inside Magnesia Mall in Manisa on September 14. When I used the product for the first time, I experienced an immediate burning sensation and intense redness as soon as I applied it to my face. Even though I washed my face immediately, the burning and redness continued for some time, followed by noticeable dryness on my skin.

I did not see a doctor during this process. I only tried to relieve the symptoms by applying moisturizer. Despite this, I continued to experience dryness that I do not normally have, and it was quite uncomfortable.

Because a product marketed as suitable for sensitive skin caused such a strong reaction from the very first use, I request a refund for the product and, if possible, a dermatological examination of the product to investigate the cause of this reaction.
