My Card Was Charged by "Hotel At" on Booking.com

I am absolutely outraged and I need to warn everyone about a scam involving Booking.com and a supposed establishment called "Hotel At." Without my knowledge or permission, this "Hotel At" fraudulently charged my credit card ₺48,000 through Booking.com. I immediately canceled my credit card and filed a dispute with my bank.
After doing some quick research, it's clear this isn't an isolated incident. "Hotel At" appears to be scamming hundreds of people out of their money using this illegal method. This is a massive security breach on Booking.com's part. How can a fraudulent entity process such a large unauthorized transaction through their platform?
Booking.com, you have a serious problem with this "Hotel At," and you are directly responsible for allowing such unauthorized transactions to occur. You need to investigate this immediately and implement stronger security measures to protect your users. I demand a full refund of the ₺48,000 that was stolen from me, and I expect you to take swift action against this fraudulent "hotel."
