I Was Charged on Booking.com for a Hotel I Never Booked or Stayed At

I’m shocked and extremely upset. I never booked a stay at this hotel, never visited it, and never authorized any transaction related to it—yet ₺18,000 was charged to my credit card through Booking.com without my consent. This is outrageous.

I immediately contacted my bank and had my card canceled to prevent further unauthorized charges. I’ve never made any booking related to this property, and I have no idea how this charge was processed in the first place. Clearly, something went very wrong with Booking.com’s system or security.

I demand that Booking.com immediately cancels this unauthorized transaction and issues a full refund without delay. I expect a clear explanation and urgent action. This is a serious breach of trust.
