My Card Was Charged 97K by Booking.com Without My Approval

I am absolutely outraged and demanding immediate action from Booking.com. On June 16, 2025, a staggering ₺97,000 was charged to my credit card by Booking.com without my permission, any verification code, or a password. This unauthorized transaction is a blatant security breach and an absolute shock.

It appears I'm not alone; I've found numerous reports of similar fraudulent charges happening to others around the same dates. What's even more frustrating is that Booking.com is impossible to reach. There's no readily available contact number, and I've been unable to get through to anyone who can help.

I've already contacted my bank, and they've canceled my card, but that doesn't solve the core problem of my stolen money. Booking.com, you are directly responsible for this massive security lapse on your platform. You allowed this unauthorized transaction to go through, and now you're seemingly unreachable.
