My email address and accommodation details for my Plaza Mayor Suites & Apartments hotel reservation were leaked from your system. I received a fraudulent email from the "hotel" demanding payment within 6 hours or my reservation would be canceled. I made the payment, but the email kept insisting I still needed to pay, and then money was illegally charged from my credit card!
The actual hotel then confirmed that my data had been compromised, and I had been scammed. Because of a data leak in Booking.com's systems, my credit card information was stolen, and I've lost €390 (approximately ₺13,800). This is completely unacceptable.
Booking.com, you need to contact me immediately! I demand that you investigate this data breach and fully compensate me for my €390 loss once I provide all necessary documentation. Your negligence led to my financial loss, and you are responsible for making this right now!
