My Booking.com Reservation Refused at Burgaz Sunny Beach
I made a reservation through Booking.com for Burgaz Sunny Beach hotel. When we arrived, the hotel said they weren't accepting Booking.com reservations and told us to cancel, claiming they had no rooms available anyway. They assured us Booking.com would refund us if we cancelled. I did cancel, but I haven't received any refund. I can't reach anyone at Booking.com for support. I've sent complaint messages, but no one seems to be responding or addressing the issue. I don't understand how an international organization can operate like this. I urgently need a refund for my cancelled reservation.
