I Submitted Proof but Booking.com Ignored My Price Match Request for Lower Rate

Booking.com is failing to uphold its price match guarantee, despite my providing all required screenshots that show a lower price. Customer Service is a joke; they do not even bother to respond to messages in five days. They are most probably manipulating the market and deceiving customers with no shame.
