Booking.com Support is Useless - I Can't Reach Anyone Human
I am absolutely furious with Booking.com! I've been sending messages to customer service for two days straight, and they haven't responded to a single one! To make matters worse, their customer service phone number requires an international call, and after spending two minutes just punching in numbers, I'm told I have to wait another 10 minutes to speak to someone. International call charges are incredibly expensive, so this is simply unacceptable.
I can't even find a WhatsApp line or an email address to contact them! I submitted a price match request, but their terms claim the price must be the same when they check the other site. I'm worried that since they're ignoring my messages for two days, the price might change, and then they'll just tell me, "that price isn't available anymore."
It's clear that reaching Booking.com for a serious and urgent problem is nearly impossible. Booking.com, you need to provide accessible and responsive customer service now! Stop hiding and ignoring your customers. Respond to my price match request immediately before the price changes, and give me a direct way to contact you!
