Booking.com Didn't Honor Price Match Despite Submitting Screenshots

I ran into a problem with Booking.com recently. I discovered a better price for my reservation on a different site, and even after going through their process and sending all the necessary screenshots, they didn’t uphold their price match guarantee. Each time I reached out, I got a new excuse for the refusal, which honestly felt like they were just dodging the problem instead of actually addressing it. It just gets worse. Every time we talked on the phone, the line would drop, and they never bothered to call me back. I was left chasing them down over and over. I thought a company with such a solid reputation would deliver more than this. This experience has really disappointed me, and I just can't rely on their services anymore.
