On June 18, 2025, I rented a car through Booking.com Cars from U-Save for my upcoming vacation on July 9. However, I accidentally lost my reservation number, and now Booking claims they cannot locate my payment without it. I sent them my bank statement as proof of payment, clearly showing the charge, yet I have received no response or resolution.
To make things worse, the car was listed on Booking.com for ₺12,668.18, but I was charged ₺13,422.40—a significant difference with no explanation or prior notice. I've sent all the supporting documents, including proof of the higher amount taken from my card, yet Booking has not even acknowledged my issue.
This lack of accountability is unacceptable. I expect Booking.com to locate my reservation, confirm the payment that has already been made, and refund the excess amount they overcharged me. I’m frustrated by the silence from customer service and demand that my case be addressed urgently to avoid further disruption to my travel plans.
