I Paid for My Leva Hotel Dubai Booking on Booking.com but Hotel Has No Record

I booked a room at Leva Hotel and Suites in Dubai through Booking.com and the payment was successfully deducted from my credit card. I even received a confirmation email from Booking confirming that my reservation was complete.

However, when I arrived at the hotel, they told me that there was no reservation under my name. I showed them the confirmation, payment details, and everything Booking had sent me, but they still couldn’t find anything in their system.

Now I’ve been stuck at the hotel for hours, completely stranded and without access to the room I paid for. I’m in a foreign country with no alternative accommodation and my money already taken. Booking.com hasn’t provided any immediate help, and this is causing serious distress.
