I Paid for a Pegasus Flight via Booking on Skyscanner but Got No Ticket or Confirmation
I booked a flight ticket through Booking.com by clicking from Skyscanner's website. The payment was immediately deducted from my credit card, but I never received any confirmation email or booking code. Realizing something was off, I contacted my bank and also called Pegasus Airlines directly. They confirmed that there is no reservation under my name or payment.
This is completely unacceptable. My money was taken, but I received no service in return. My bank has already filed a complaint, but I’ve received no response from Booking.com to this day. I trusted both Booking and Skyscanner to provide a secure, legitimate booking process, but instead, I’m now left with no flight, no refund, and no support.
I urgently demand a full refund or a valid flight ticket as paid. This situation needs to be resolved immediately before I pursue further legal and public action.
