I Face 5-Month Refund Delay on Cancelled Pegasus Tickets via Booking.com
I purchased two flight tickets from Pegasus Airlines through Booking.com. After canceling both tickets, Pegasus confirmed that they processed the refund and sent it to Booking.com. However, despite Pegasus completing their part, Booking.com has not refunded my money.
For the past five months, I have contacted Booking.com customer service multiple times, yet all I receive is the same response: "Please wait." It is unacceptable that such a simple refund process has dragged on for this long. This is a basic financial transaction, and a global company like Booking.com should not take months to complete it.
This situation has caused me financial hardship and emotional frustration. I expected a smooth and transparent process, but instead, I have faced unnecessary delays and poor communication.
I urgently request Booking.com to process my refund immediately and provide a clear explanation for the delay. Please take this matter seriously, resolve it without further excuses, and improve your refund handling process to protect your customers.
