Booking.com Canceled My Reservation Without Consent and Refused Refund

I booked a reservation through Booking.com, trusting the platform due to its reputation. However, my reservation was canceled by Booking.com without my knowledge or consent. To make matters worse, they have not refunded my payment.

I have tried multiple times to reach out to their customer service, but there has been no response to my emails, and I cannot get in touch with anyone for an explanation. The lack of communication and accountability is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

I demand a full refund of my payment immediately and a clear explanation for why my reservation was canceled. I urge others to think twice before using this platform, as this experience has severely damaged my trust in Booking.com.
