I Got Ignored by Booking After Serious Issues at Thessaloniki Center Luxury Apartment

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience using Booking.com. I booked a stay at Thessaloniki Center Luxury Apartment in Greece through the app, expecting a smooth and reliable process. Unfortunately, things went terribly wrong once I arrived. The apartment had several issues that made my stay uncomfortable and stressful, and the property owner’s attitude was dismissive and unhelpful.

I immediately contacted Booking.com customer service to report what I was going through. I explained the situation in detail and expected at least some support from the platform I trusted. To my shock, no one cared. No follow-up, no resolution, nothing.

How can Booking.com continue to advertise properties where guests are mistreated and then refuse to take responsibility when problems arise? I trusted the app and the reviews, only to be completely let down.

Booking, I expected more. You need to do better for your users. I demand an official response and a partial refund for this experience. Don’t turn your back on customers who rely on you.
