I booked a hotel in Greece through Booking.com, selecting a property with a refundable option. After canceling the reservation, I expected to receive my refund promptly. However, the refund never came. I've reached out to both the hotel and Booking.com via email multiple times, but neither has responded. This complete lack of communication is incredibly frustrating. Trusting Booking.com for reservations has been a huge disappointment. If you're considering booking through them, beware—you might end up regretting it as I do. Booking.com, please address this issue immediately and process my refund as promised. Customers deserve better service and prompt resolutions to such problems.
