I Got Charged ₺42 on Booking.com for a Room I Never Stayed in Due to Address Confusion

I made a reservation through Booking.com for a property in Sofia, but I was not provided with clear or sufficient information about the exact location or how to access the rental. As a result, I could not find the property on the day of check-in and was ultimately unable to stay there.
Despite not staying in the property at all, I was still charged ₺42, which is completely unfair. I tried to explain the situation to Booking.com, but they simply refused to understand, even though I clearly outlined the issue. There are security camera records that can confirm I never entered or used the rental.
To make matters worse, they only responded to me a full day after I reported the problem—too late to resolve anything on the spot. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of support and communication from a platform I once trusted.
I demand a full refund for the property I never stayed in and request that Booking.com improve its customer service and location details to prevent this kind of issue for future travelers.
