I Face Invoice Retrieval Issue With Booking.com for Fraser Suites Edinburgh Stay
I stayed at Fraser Suites Edinburgh on July 15–16, 2025, and upon checkout, I requested the invoice I need to submit to my company for a tax refund. The hotel refused to issue it directly, telling me I had to obtain it through Booking.com. Since then, I have emailed Booking.com multiple times requesting the invoice, but I have received no meaningful response or resolution.
Because their international phone number cannot be called from Turkey, I have been unable to speak to a representative by phone. Without this invoice, I cannot complete my company’s tax refund process, which is causing significant financial and administrative inconvenience.
I urgently request that Booking.com issue and send me the full invoice for my Fraser Suites Edinburgh stay without further delay, so I can proceed with my tax refund process and avoid further loss.
