Ipsos iSay Abruptly Closed My Account Without Giving Me a Single Real Reason

I have been a dedicated member of Ipsos iSay for a very long time, and I’ve filled out every single survey sent my way with meticulous care, genuine effort, and strict attention to detail. Beyond answering surveys, I’ve actively contributed to improving the platform by repeatedly reporting system bugs, glitches, and vulnerabilities to the support team, complete with detailed screenshots.

Throughout all these years, I’ve never violated any rules, nor have I ever given any cause for concern or complaints. Despite my flawless record, I was suddenly cut off from receiving surveys, and I was recently informed that my account would be terminated as of June 30, 2026. I view this abrupt shutdown as completely unfair, unjustified, and appalling. To make matters worse, no concrete or valid explanation was ever provided to me.

Having years of my hard work and loyalty thrown out the window like this has left me feeling deeply betrayed and cheated. That is why I demand that Ipsos iSay reverse this baseless account termination, reactivate my account immediately, and provide me with a clear, satisfactory explanation as to why I was treated this way.

I urge you to resolve my grievance without delay and restore full access to my account.
