Joie Pact Pro Stroller Unravels and Clicks After Only Three Months

I purchased a Joie Pact Pro stroller from the e-bebek store at the Istanbul Emaar Mall branch. Although the product is only 3 months old, a continuous clicking noise started coming from the right rear wheel during normal use. Additionally, the stitching tore open around the safety harness, causing the internal cotton padding to spill out.

I sent the product to technical service on July 20, 2026, and on July 27, I received a text stating, "Your product has been repaired; you may collect it from the store." Because the stroller was so new, I had previously expressed that I wanted a full replacement. I called the store to clarify whether the stroller was replaced with a brand-new unit or if it was the same stroller sent back, and the representative claimed it was replaced. However, upon arriving at the store, I discovered that they had sent back the exact same product.

To "fix" the torn harness, they had simply cut the fraying fabric and slapped a UHU-style adhesive over it to cover the exposed cotton. Meanwhile, the clicking noise in the wheel had not been repaired at all; the sound persisted, which the store employee explicitly verified on-site. Consequently, a new service record was opened and the stroller was sent back to technical service.

About a week later, I received a message claiming the issue was due to "user error." When I contacted customer service, they spoke with the technical team and got back to me, explaining that it was not actually user error (otherwise they would have charged me a service fee), but rather that "no defect was found." They further stated that if I sent it to technical service a third time, I would have to cover the shipping fees myself, and they handed the unrepaired product back to me.

Both the unraveling safety harness with exposed padding and the clicking wheel pose serious safety and reliability concerns for my baby. I refuse to accept these issues on a three-month-old stroller. I demand that the product be replaced with a brand-new unit or deemed defective and granted a full refund.
