Ipsos iSay Repeatedly Cancels My Earned A101 Gift Cards Without Explanation
About a month ago, I downloaded the Ipsos iSay app and started spending nearly half my daily free time grinding through surveys to build up my points. About two weeks ago, I finally requested an A101 gift voucher using 887 hard-earned points, but the voucher was never delivered to me. To make matters worse, before even two weeks had passed, the system marked my request as expired, canceled my reward, and gave me zero notification or explanation.
My points were eventually restored to my account, so I tried requesting the A101 voucher again—only to run into the exact same brick wall. Every single time I reach out through the app for help, I just get a canned response saying my ticket is under review, but nobody ever gives me a real answer or delivers my gift card.
I've invested so much time and effort into earning these points, and I just want the A101 gift voucher I rightfully earned to be delivered to me as soon as possible, along with a clear explanation for this ongoing nightmare.
