Booking.com Has Not Refunded My Payment 12 Days After Reservation Cancellation

I canceled my reservation on Booking.com, but my refund has still not been credited to my account. It has already been 12 days since the cancellation, and there has been no sign of the money being returned. This delay is extremely frustrating and unacceptable, especially considering how quickly payments are charged when we book, yet refunds take weeks with no clear explanation.
I have been waiting patiently, but I can’t get any proper assistance from customer service. I urgently need clear information on how I can get my money back and why this process is taking so long. Customers should not have to constantly chase after their own refunds or feel ignored after canceling a booking.
I request that Booking.com immediately process my refund and credit the full amount back to my account without any further delay. Please provide real support and transparency in this matter. Travelers should not be left in uncertainty after following the correct cancellation process.
