I Couldn't Reach My Hotel Due to Canceled Flights but Booking Still Refuses to Refund Me

Because of heavy snowfall, my flight was canceled and I couldn’t reach the hotel I had booked. It was completely out of my control—a force majeure situation. Despite this, Booking.com refuses to refund the amount I paid. I lost ₺2500 (roughly €250) for a room I never even stepped into.
What’s worse, I couldn’t get in touch with the hotel or Booking.com. There is no working customer service number, no direct email, and the so-called help center on their website is useless. It’s like they’ve made it intentionally difficult to reach them when there’s a problem.
Booking, this is unacceptable. I demand a full refund for a stay that was physically impossible due to weather-related flight cancellations. Ignoring your customers when they need help the most is not how a global platform should operate.
