I Booked on Booking.com but Couldn't Contact Host and Was Left Stranded

I made a reservation through Booking.com for accommodation named S**** K*******, with confirmation number 5377713843 and PIN code 7047. However, we are unable to contact the host and have been left stranded on the street. Despite numerous attempts to reach out, we have received no response from either the host or Booking.com's customer service. No one is helping us, and we don't know where to turn. We came from Turkey to Worms for an Erasmus program and are completely alone here without any support. We have been severely inconvenienced and feel utterly helpless. This situation is causing us immense stress and anxiety. Please, we urgently need assistance to resolve this matter and find accommodation.
