I Arrived in Warsaw to Find My Booking.com Room Given Away and Still Got No Refund
I made a reservation in Warsaw through Booking.com, and when I arrived at the property, I was shocked to discover that my room had been given to another guest. There was no explanation, no alternative accommodation offered, and no support from the property or Booking.com.
Left with no choice, I had to cancel the reservation on the spot and make new arrangements at additional cost. But the real frustration began afterward—despite clearly being denied the service I paid for, Booking.com has made every effort not to refund my money. It’s as if they’re going out of their way to avoid taking responsibility for something that was clearly not my fault.
I demand a full refund in ₺ immediately. Booking.com needs to stop protecting property partners who fail to honor reservations and start standing up for their users. This was not just an inconvenience—it was a complete failure of service.
