Booking.com Lost My Paid Reservation and Left Me Stranded in Stockholm
I booked and fully paid for my hotel in Stockholm months in advance through Booking.com, yet when I arrived at the hotel, they had no record of my reservation in their system. Despite having confirmation and an invoice, the hotel refused to check me in.
I spent hours trying to resolve the issue, but in the end, I had no choice but to book another hotel at the last minute to avoid being left without a place to stay. When I contacted Booking.com, they admitted their mistake but refused to offer a refund. Instead, they sent me a mocking email offering a shared-bathroom accommodation—after I had already booked another hotel myself.
I demand full compensation for the financial loss and inconvenience I suffered. Booking.com, take responsibility for your failures and refund my money immediately!
