Europcar Deposit Delay on Booking Cars Triggers Monthly Overdraft Interest Fees

I rented a vehicle through Booking.com and Booking Cars from the Europcar agency for the dates between May 1 and May 3. During the car rental process, a deposit of 290 Euros was drawn from my Garanti Bank debit Paracard account on May 1. However, even though today is September 9, this deposit amount has still not been refunded to me.

Because this transaction was drawn from my overdraft account, an monthly interest of 1,800 TL has been accruing, causing me long-standing financial harm in terms of both the principal amount and interest charges. In May, I first spoke with customer service by phone, and subsequently reported the situation multiple times both through the application and by sending emails to c***************@booking.com. Despite this, the problem remains unresolved.

Most recently, 2 days ago, I received a notification through the application containing an incorrect customer name and an incorrect amount, immediately followed by a message telling me to disregard that update. The level of indifference and lack of seriousness is severe. Today, I reported the situation through the application once again, but still no concrete solution has been offered.

I demand the immediate refund of my 290 Euro deposit, as well as full compensation for all accrued monthly interest charges resulting from the draw on my overdraft account. I demand that this long-standing hardship be resolved urgently.
