Europcar Charged Me Twice for One Booking via Booking.com and Still Won’t Refund Me

Hello, on April 9, 2025, I rented a car from Europcar in Geneva through Booking.com. Although I made only one reservation, I was charged twice. The second charge appears under transaction number 06472032637, and it’s clearly a duplicate. I’ve experienced this exact same issue before and can’t believe it’s happened again.

I’ve contacted support and requested the cancellation of the duplicate charge, but nothing has been resolved. This recurring issue is beyond frustrating and feels like a serious billing error that no one is taking responsibility for.

Booking.com and Europcar, I demand that the duplicate payment be refunded immediately. Also, please ensure this doesn’t happen again to me—or anyone else. Customers should not have to chase down refunds for charges they didn’t authorize.
