Enterprise Gave Me Wrong Car and Charged Extra After Booking.com Rental

We had a short trip to Germany which started from Dusseldorf and ended in Berlin. In order to travel easily, we rented a car from Enterprise on Booking website. When we arrived at Dusseldorf Airport to receieve our car, the person on duty refused to find the appropriate car in the category which we rented and paid beforehand. He rudely insisted on that we didn’t have any chance to change the car he offered. Because we couldn’t cancel our reservation, he threatened and forced us to get a manuel normal car, in fact we rented an automatic premium SUV category car. This was the first shock for us at the very beginning. Another was that we saw the appropriate car for our reservation at the car park while we got the keys, but they still refused to give and made up some more excuses. They implied the reason why they behaved like this was that we didn’t reserve the car on Enterprise website, but Booking website. The shocks didn't come to an end. We experienced a theft attempt during our trip and we had to change the car in Brussels as the company's solution. After we returned the car at the right place and at the right time as planned, they sent us the receipt of the damage of the car and another rental debt about the car's returning to Brussels. We couldn't understand the reason why we still have to pay apart from our rent, because we also paid the car's complete insurance beforehand. The company charged us, not Booking. We hope Booking will get in contact with the company about the procedures. It is not our responsibility to solve and pay all these, but Booking's.
