Dark and Noisy Hotel Nightmare: No Support From Booking.com

Although I had a problem with the hotel I booked from Booking.com, the site did not even reach me until the end of my stay. It was a very bad hotel. I have never stayed in a place like this before. The room we stayed in had nothing to do with the photos. It was a dark and small room like a tomb with no room to step. I told the staff that this was not the room I saw and that I wanted to move to another room, and they said they did not have any available rooms. But when I looked online, there were availability in all room types. I could not sleep because of the sound of the elevator next door. If someone walked outside, the sound was inside the room. Since the room faced the air vent, all the sounds in that room were inside the room. The only important thing for me when I travel to visit the city is to be able to take a shower in a clean bathroom and sleep comfortably. I could not do either at this hotel. I had to spend 2 nights with impossible noise to sleep. I paid a very high fee and they did not refund my money. They did not arrange another room for me to go to another hotel. I wrote to Booking.com, but they also replied two days later when my vacation was over and said they were just reviewing it. It was a completely scary process for me.
