Booking.com claims to have collected payments from customers, but when issues arise, they make it extremely difficult to get a resolution. When I filed a complaint about a payment problem, they denied any wrongdoing and refused to refund the amount, despite the evidence I provided.

Travelers should be very cautious when booking through Booking.com, especially for international trips. If anything goes wrong, you risk being stranded without proper support in a foreign country. Even though I am a Genius Level 3 traveler, Booking.com still treated my case poorly and offered no real assistance.

My confirmation number is 4590015912 and PIN code is 6998. I demand that Booking.com immediately review my case, acknowledge the payment issue, and process the refund I am owed. This situation must be corrected urgently to prevent others from experiencing the same unfair treatment!
