Booking.com Refuses Refund for London Hotel Booking After Flight Cancellation
I booked a 3-night stay in London through Booking.com with reservation number 4303308397. Unfortunately, our flight was canceled, so we couldn’t make it to the hotel. Despite this, Booking.com has refused to issue a refund.
This experience made it clear that Booking.com has no interest in supporting its customers. It’s absurd that they don’t have a system to fairly handle such situations. The payment should be held in escrow, with a small fee deducted for cancellations, and the rest refunded if the stay doesn’t occur.
I’m deeply frustrated by the lack of flexibility and customer care. Booking.com must implement a more reasonable policy and refund my money immediately. This practice is unacceptable, and I’ll never trust Booking.com again.
