Booking.com makes it difficult to get your money back when you file a complaint, even though they claim they haven't received any payment from you. Their system lacks transparency, and customer service avoids giving clear answers. They create obstacles instead of helping, especially when you're abroad—you risk being stranded in a foreign country with no support. It's incredibly frustrating to be left on your own after trusting such a well-known platform. I strongly advise against making reservations through them in such cases. Despite being a Genius Level 3 traveler, I received no assistance. My confirmation number is 4590015912 and PIN code is 6998.
