Booking.com Canceled My Reservations But Didn’t Refund My Payments




Hello, I made two reservations through Booking.com, but due to changes in my plans, I canceled both. However, despite the system stating that the refunds should have been processed, the money has not been credited to my account.

Both payments were charged separately to the same card, yet neither has been refunded. I need urgent assistance in resolving this issue. Booking.com must process my refunds immediately and ensure that canceled reservations are handled properly without unnecessary delays.
